What is Face to Face
Counselling ?
Counselling takes place when a counsellor sees a client in a private and confidential setting to explore a difficulty the client is having, distress they may be experiencing or perhaps their dissatisfaction with life, or loss of a sense of direction and purpose.

Talk to us - we love to listen!
These sessions work well for clients who are remote, time poor or just enjoy the convenience of therapy from the comforts of their own environment.
Our counsellors are available for telephone and Skype sessions.
This service may suit Australians living overseas who would still like support from an Australian counsellor.
If you would like any more information about this service or wish to book a Skype or telephone counselling session, please feel free to give us a call. Details on contact page.

Fees vary depending on the number of sessions you need. Medicare does not cover counselling unless it is carried out by an allied health practitioner such as a psychologist under a mental health care plan, or done by a doctor such as a GP or psychologist. Some private health funds may cover a portion of the fees to see a counsellor. However, it is best to speak to your health insurance provider to find out the level of cover you have with them.
Speak to the counsellor if you are experiencing financial difficulties.
